Honey Mustard Glazed Chipolatas


1 Packet Harvey chipolatas

250ml Orange juice

¼ cup seeded Mustard

1/3 cup honey


Skewers to Serve

  1. In a small sauce pan simmer orange juice until reduced by ½. Add honey and mustard and gently return to simmer for 2 minutes, remove from heat and leave at room temperature
  2. Heat a frypan to medium heat and fry chipolatas turning for approx. 6 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove pan from heat and drain fat from the sausages. Add back to pan and add glaze, over a low heat toss the glaze over the sausages and transfer to a serving dish.
  4. Garnish with leaves & raw cut radish to serve.
