Salt & Pepper Beef Roast
Master the perfect Sunday roast, with a classic salt and pepper seasoning that brings out the succulent flavour of our premium Western Australian beef.
- Preheat oven to 180 deg C
- Remove from packaging and place on roasting dish
- Place into oven cook for 25 minutes per 500g. If using a meat thermometer, for medium-rare cook until the internal temperature reaches 56 degrees C
- Remove from oven, place onto a serving dish. Cover with foil, allow to rest for 10 mins, then serve.
- Slice across the grain and serve
