Salt & Pepper Beef Roast

Master the perfect Sunday roast, with a classic salt and pepper seasoning that brings out the succulent flavour of our premium Western Australian beef.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg C
  2. Remove from packaging and place on roasting dish
  3. Place into oven cook for 25 minutes per 500g. If using a meat thermometer, for medium-rare cook until the internal temperature reaches 56 degrees C
  4. Remove from oven, place onto a serving dish. Cover with foil, allow to rest for 10 mins, then serve.
  5. Slice across the grain and serve
