The Eye Fillet is prepared from the Tenderloin – and as the name suggests, is renowned for being the most tender cut of beef. Serve rare to medium to create a melt-in-you-mouth juicy steak.
- Preheat BBQ or pan until hot
- Remove steaks from packaging, season with olive oil, salt and pepper
- For rare sear steaks for 4 minutes, turning every minute. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
