Harvey Beef continually review it’s strict quality assurance and HACCP program – from livestock acquisition through to final product delivery – helping us achieve excellence in export and domestic beef processing.

Harvey Beef is subject to inspection and monitoring of product, processes, plant and equipment by its own departmental supervisors and quality assurance staff. This process is regularly reviewed by the Australian Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestries (DAFF), AUS-MEAT and other regulatory bodies.

In addition to maintaining an AUS-MEAT A+ accredited rating, Harvey Beef is independently certified by numerous private operators specialising in the retail and foodservice sector.
